The 2 kW heating element from Elektromet is a high-quality heating cartridge that is ideal for supplementing the hot water tank. Made of resistant stainless steel and equipped with a robust heating coil made of Alloy 825, it guarantees long-lasting and safe heat supply.
The precisely adjustable thermostat housing enables flexible temperature control between 5 and 75 °C, while an integrated safety temperature limiter at 93 °C protects against overheating. This ensures an optimal thermal state at all times.
Features and safety of the heating cartridge
The heating cartridge impresses with its user-friendly design: the compact installation length of 300 mm and the unheated length of 70 mm allow for easy installation. The included 1.5-meter connection cable with Schuko plug guarantees uncomplicated power supply.
With a degree of protection according to IPX4, the heating cartridge is protected against splash water and withstands demanding operating conditions. The maximum operating pressure of 10 bar completes the safety concept.

The heating cartridge has a heating output of 2 kW and operates within a temperature range of 5 to 75 °C. A switch-on hysteresis of 7 to 10 °C ensures energy-efficient operation.
